AudienceShift is a Singapore marketing agency specialising in audience strategy, segmentation, lifecycle CRM and retention. We sit on Club Street in Telok Ayer and serve brands across Singapore and APAC — as practitioners, not platform vendors.
Why we exist
Marketing teams are drowning in contacts and starving for cohorts. Dashboards show list growth; leadership asks about retention. CRM platforms promise automation; nobody built the segmentation model underneath. Organic social chases impressions while email flows send the same message to a first-time buyer and a lapsed regular.
AudienceShift was founded to close that gap. We are strategists and practitioners who have run audience programmes inside brands and alongside them — building persona research from real behavioural data, designing segmentation models that sales and marketing both trust, and wiring lifecycle CRM so every touchpoint respects where someone sits in the journey.
We are not a wellness brand coaching you toward a better life. We are not a CRM SaaS you log into each morning. We are not selling an audience-growth course with modules and certificates. Club Street context
Our studio occupies a second-floor unit at 32 Club Street, #02-01, Singapore 069416 — in the Telok Ayer conservation district, a short walk from Raffles Place and the Singapore River. Club Street and Ann Siang Hill form a neighbourhood of restored shophouses, independent dining and creative offices; it is a fitting base for an agency that studies audiences rather than chasing vanity metrics.
Clients visit by appointment for segmentation workshops, persona research reviews and CRM programme planning. Video sessions are standard for APAC teams outside Singapore. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. Reach us at +65 6229 3188 or [email protected].

What the .life domain means — and does not
audienceshift.life uses the .life top-level domain as a brand marker: audience lifecycle, customer lifetime value, the arc from stranger to retained member. It signals our focus on lifecycle marketing and retention loops — the long game of audience health.
It does not mean we provide wellness coaching, life planning, personal development courses or health advice. We do not operate a meditation app, a fitness programme or a self-help community. If you are looking for a CRM software product to install and configure yourself, we are the agency that works inside your existing platform — not the platform vendor.
The name AudienceShift describes what we help brands do: shift the right people through lifecycle stages with intent — listen, segment, engage, retain. It is a services firm name, not a product feature or training syllabus.
How we work
Every engagement follows our listen-to-retain framework. We start by auditing first-party data and behavioural signals — purchases, support tickets, web events, survey responses — before proposing a segmentation model. Persona research is built from evidence, then tested against CRM reality.
Lifecycle CRM and email flows are mapped stage by stage, with organic social and community touchpoints coordinated so messaging stays coherent. Retention loops are measured by cohort health: repeat rate, churn risk, reactivation success — not follower counts alone.
Senior strategists lead accounts throughout. Reporting is in plain Singapore English with SGD framing. We believe in earning retention through work quality, not lock-in contracts or inflated promises.
